Skylar + Cameron’s Farm Wedding
WELCOME TO SKYLAR & CAMERON’S WEDDING DAY!
This day was nothing less than a dream. Seriously. These 2 made my job SO easy. It was such a beautiful day from every perspective, but what was really beautiful was all of the sweet emotions that happened in every moment of the day, right up until the very end.
When I say I have never seen 2 people so excited to get married, I mean it. Enter Skylar & Cameron. So many giddy smiles. So many hugs. So many laughs. And SO many HAPPY TEARS ALL DAY! There were so many moments throughout the wedding day I thought to myself “THIS is why I love my job”. From the sweetest addition to her dress from her papa that passed away that was so special to her right before her wedding, to the most intimate first look with her dad and first touch & prayer before the ceremony between Skylar & Cameron, to the sweetest flower lady her brother pushed down the isle, to the most tear jerking first dance with her oldest daughter. The day was so thought out and executed perfectly and it was such an honor to be there for every part of it.
You can tell that everyone who crosses paths with Skylar & Cameron immediately have joy in their lives, because they are so welcoming! I truly felt like a part of their family by the end of the day, and that is such a big honor as a photographer. It was a very laid back morning, but having 2 little girls of their own ( you will see below, they are SO CUTE!) and such a fun group of bridesmaids, made it a MEMORABLE morning. We had the perfect recipe for a perfect day. The weather was warm, but not humid. Sunny skies & the perfect amount of tree cover to get good shade, and have good light to make my photographer heart happy. Under a tree is where Skylar & Cameron shared a first touch before they tied the knot, and shared their vows. There were 3 people crying by the end of it, ill give you one guess as to who the third person crying was :) Cameron is so good with words, and wrote the sweetest vows to Skylar.
Everything from this wedding at Kyles Farm was a “You had to be there” kinda moment to feel all the love that was there that day, but my hope is that through these images, you will 100% feel like a part of the family, and be able to see all of the happiness these 2 bring to every moment I am with them! Enjoy some of my favorites below!
Her papa that she was so close to, she had his shirt and handwriting on her dress. SO sweet.
